Suffering From Low Hearing, I Have Now Noticed Reduced Sense Of Smell And Taste. Can This Be Related To Respiratory Infection ?

I've had low hearing for a few years now and now dealing with a noticeably diminished sense of smell and my sense of taste is off as well. Had a persistent cough since having a respiratory infection in April and much more mucus than ever before. Related issues? Or is it all in my Head?!
