Suffering from hairloss. Prescribed Proanagen. Heard it causes weightgain. Already have PCOD. Solution?

i am suffering with hair loss ,since i counsult a dermatologist ,she prescribed a tab.proanagen (od) for 3months.but am afraid to take the tab. because i heard one of the main side effect of this tablet is weight gain .alredy am suffering with pcod .my body wt is 64kgs. so i cnfused to take this tab.please suggest one solution for this problem.

Proanagen tablets do not usually cause a gain of weight.So you can definitely take them.

Also , since with PCOD , one is supposed to gain weight , you should take parallel measures like exercises to control your weight.This also helps you in reducing the loss of hair .
Hair loss control and new hair growth is also stimulated by Minoxidil Solution.I hope you have also been prescribed this and are using it.
To achieve an optimum result of hair fall therapy, the hormone balance should be maintained .You should also go in for periodic reviews with your gynecologist for adequate control of PCOD.
