Suffering From Hair Fall, Having Hair, Skin And Nails Tablet. Have Clay Like Dandruff. Suggestion?

Hi, i am suffering from excess hairfall i am loosing 200 plus hairs with every wash and i am having amway hair,skin and nails tablets from last three months but hairfall does not stop but my hairs start growing with it
I have a clay like dandruff in my head and a itchy scalp pe my problem and suggest me something to stop hairfall immidiately

Sometimes it might be difficult to control as some other disease like psoriasis, sebopsoriasis can cause it.
