Suffering From Exhaustion, Feeling Tired Always, Excessive Weight Gain. History Of Fractures. Treatment Options?

I am 55, female and feel exhausted after a two mile walk or a day of house work. I pretty much feel tired all the time. It takes me a few days to recoup. I was laid up two years ago with a broken foot , then last year with a shattered wrist . I have put on about 15 pounds. My blood work is always good at physicals each year, Sick of being tired!
