Hi! I hope you may be well by now. You havent mentioned what was the report of UGI Endoscopy. If it is showing GERD? which grade, what about lower esophageal sphincter (LES) or any hiatus hernia is there or not. Anyhow what you have mentioned suggest that you are suffering fron Reflux disease. You need to do following things:
1. PPI twice a day
2. Prokinetic agent especially Itopride 150mg od bbf
3. You should not lie down soon after meals
4. Try to avoid fatty diets
5. Keep your head elevated by at least 30 degree
6. Take small and frequents meals
7. If you are overweight or obese you need to loose your weight and exercise daily.
I hope this will help you. Keep in touch. Get well soon
