Suffering from duodenitis, prescribed tricaine-mps gel, nexpro. Suggestions about drugs and diet ?

Hello mam , i am AAAAA... from orissa, india m suffering from duodenitis .... so please suggest me about my diet & suggest the best drug for it ... my doctor suggest me 2 drugs , these are tricaine-mps gel ( antacid ) & nexpro ... so are these good or not ... if yes then how much time it will take to recovery ? is it totally curable or not ?... actually.... i am bit tensed for it ...

You’re suffering from duodenitis
Duodenitis is a endoscopic diagnosis.
What about the H-Pylori status of your stomach.
H Pylori is a bacteria which is usually responsible for duodenitis and gastritis,and is diagnosed by a test called CLO test done during endoscopy.
Eradication of this bacterial infection is must for cure of duodenitis (if positive)
