Suffering From Diabetes

Hi Sir Good Morning.. I am Dipti Age -25, Sex -F , Married Weight -36 Kg from Jajpur Odisha, before few days I was ill due to diabetes and that time my blood sugar percent was Before Food 158 After food 306. So I request you to give me advice how I ll treat.

dear dipti I can understand your concern.your age is very young for diabetes .i am feeling very sorry for you.i need some information to assist you better.you wrote that your wt is 36 kindly recon firm that .next are you having any family history of diabetes.Are you having any weight last since couple of months.
2.kindly check hba1c value and serum creatinin.
