Suffering From Acute Constipation And Hardly Digest. How To Improve Digestive System?

i am suffering from acute constipation and hardly digest anything. Most of the time my stomach is full and i do not want to eat anything. my stamina is also going down, Please suggest me how to improve my digestive system and how my constipation is cure.

Hi...for constipation take syp lactulose 15 ml in night before going to bed...eat small frequent meals...to stimulate apetite you can take syp bitonin 10 ml twicw a day...eat more of fibres and bananas..
