Suffered From Vertigo. Normal Audiometry. MRI Done. Are The Findings In The Report Normal?

Hello Doctor! I am a dental surgeon. I had an attack of vertigo 2 days back early in the morning which last for few seconds followed a vomit. Got the ENT opinion & audiometry done. The reports were ok. To rule out any other cause got the MRI done & the report gives this statement- "Few non-specific white matter hyperintesities are seen in bilateral frontal region"
My first question is that is it related to the vertigo attack? Second what is the significance of this report?
Positional changes still gives me a light vertigo & I am on stemetil & vertin24. Please help.

Hello, I have gone through your query. In my opinion, that white matter hyperintesities in frontal lobe could be because of dementia or if your age is above 60 yrs might be of Alzheimer disease. And I dont think it caused you vertigo attack. Hope this helped you. Thanks.
