Hi ! If the area has not healed yet, it seems that either it is infected or it is a deep burn. Depending on the extent of the burn, the deep burn may slough up in about 2-3 weeks time leaving a granulation area. If that happens, then it may require a skin grafting depending on the area of the burn. In case it is infected, you may have to consult your family physician who may advise you for a culture sensitivity of the discharge from the wound, and may put you on a course of antibiotics and regular dressings, which will heal the wound.
Wishing you an early recovery.
