Suffer Swelling And Feeling Like Liquid Surrounding It. Using Neosporin And Ice Packs. Should I See A Doctor?

i fell on my elbow and it bled and a good chunk is off. i did this on sunday. i didnt feel any pain until the next morning and i can move it slowly and it is swollen. i tried to touch around it with clean hands it feels like liquid surrounding it. ive been putting neosporin on it and keeping it on ice. should i seek help soon?

immediate X-ray is recommended to look for bone injury
and consult an Ortho immediately
