Suffer Oily Scalp, Boils And Hair Loss. Suggest Medications?

Hi doctor
I am suffering from a typical problem from around last 2 years.
My scalp is oily, frequently boils are coming up and goes off after 2 weeks time. Its painful and it is repeating. I suffer from hair loss also.
In addition to this, my nose sides are reddish and frequent boils with (white pus) is coming up.
Please say if all these are due to a common reason/problem, Kindly recommend medication and remedy for the same. Thanks
