Suffer From Vaginal Infection After Childbirth. Taking Medication. Need A Permanent Cure For Reccurence

I delivered a baby
normal delivery
means vaginal delivery ,used vaccum
Now my baby is 10months old
and I am suffering from a vaginal infection from many months
yellowish vaginal discharge,too much itching
taking medicines(now a days its rantol,cansoft CL etc) from doctor both oral and vaginal
but it cures for somedays, then starts again
tired of so many medicines
please help me cure this infection permanently

Thanks for the query.
Prolonged usage of medicines can lead to bacterial vaginosis.
That can also presents with white discharge, itching etc. symptoms.
So you once go for vaginal swab culture and sensitivity.
Depending on the result the causative organism can be identified and treatment can be given.
Use only luke warm water to clean the local parts and avoid harsh soaps etc.
