Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi
There is nothing wrong with the treatment suggested by your doctor.
Healing takes its time, we cannot hasten the process of healing but delayed healing can be avoided with proper care. In you case it is appropriate duration of antibiotics that can be taken or applied to avoid delay in the healing process.
I know the answer is short and specific but hope it helps.
Any further queries plz feel free to ask.
Regards
Dr amit
