Hello there ,

Thanks for writing your query,

The symptoms you have mentioned are indicative of periodontitis .

It is caused due poor oral hygiene ,improper brushing and flossing that leads to accumulation of bacterial plaque and calculus deep in the gum pockets and root surfaces of the teeth.
Gingivitis presents with symptoms of redness , bleeding gums , swelling , pain ,recession and sensitivity.
It needs to be treated by thorough professional deep scaling of gums and root planing of the teeth to remove all the irritants ,this will help in resolving the symptoms followed by a course of antibiotic and analgesics.
i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine.

i hope this helps ,

take care.

Hello dear
All the signs and symptoms you explained are indicating towards pyorrhoea or chronic periodontitis. You need to consult a periodontist i.e. gum specialist who can perform flap operation along with complete cleaning of all teeth. This will correct your problems of bad breath, bleeding gums, sensitivity, discomfort of chewing etc.In the mean while start massaging your gums with a gum paint available OTC.Do warm saline rinses three times a day.

Hello,
Bleeding gums could be due to poor oral hygiene. You should get your teeth scaled once in 6 months. Brush your teeth twice daily, floss your teeth once daily. Use a mouth wash twice daily. Massage your teeth by finger after brushing. Loose teeth could be due to bone loss around the teeth. You should get an OPG xray done to determine the extent of bone loss. A flap surgery along with placement of bone graft will help in solving the problem. Sensitivity is associated with your periodontal problems. Consult a Periodontist immediatly.

Hi,
This condition is GINGIVITIS which worsens further into PERIODONTITIS leading to tooth loss in worst scenario.
start brushing twice daily with mild brush in a circular manner. use warm saline rinses to rinse with it every day twice after brushing.
some time bleeding is due to vit. C Deficiency, increace intake of citrus fruits and salads or take vit c supplements.
bleeding can also be there due to hormonal changes.
visit a dentist for teeth cleaning

hi...
thanks for the query...
all above symptoms you mentioned are due to periodontitis...
and the permanent solution is maintenance of good oral hygiene after proper treatment...
visit your dentist... do for scaling and root planing first... most of the symptoms will subside at this stage only...
after this go for proper radiographic examination... go for surgical procedures like bone regeneration and resective procedures wherever required (after proper medical examination)...
maintenance phase after this is utmost important... brush twice daily after meals... visit your dentist after every 6 months for regular checkups...
for sensitivity you can use any desensitizing tooth paste...
take care...
