Sudden Swelling And Pain In The Left Hand In A Person On Pacemaker And Who Had Aortic Valve Replacement 2 Years Ago?

I am having swelling in left arm from solder to finger tips and having some pain in arm I have apace maker on left side and have had a aortic valve replacement 2 years ago have not had any problems until 3 weeks ago i started having drawing in left hand and swelling
