Sudden rushes of blood through chest, short recurring episodes. No medical history. Does eating lots of sugar cause this?

these past 2 month ive been feeling a sudden rush of blood through my chest and it lasted for 5 seconds last night and nw i was taking a shower and i felt it again its like a flow of my blood pressure i rlly dont knw hw to describe it cause its never hppnd to me before in my life and am 14 never smoked nor drank but i eat a lot of sugar does that affect??

You feeling seems to be more related with flow of blood.
you should check your heart with 2D echo to rule out any malformation or congenital disease.
Taking more sugar causes more calorie intake leads to obesity but right now your more sugar intake is not responsible to develop this problem.
