Stomach Problem For Months. Conducted Many Tests Diagnosed Gastritis, Slow Stomach Emptying. Should I Meet Doctor Again?

I have been having stomach trouble for seven months, I ran upper and lower scopes, abdominal ct scan, 4 stool.specimens, stomach emptying test, blood test, urine test and heart test. Doctor did not find much except gastritis, slow stomach emptying.I still have alot of gas, pain , bloating. Ct scan states I have severe degenerative disease of the back. I take nexium and 300 mg of Zantac nd xanax. I am not sure if I should go back and see my gastro doctor. My stomach always feels tight

you are having irritable bowel syndrome in my opinion its a disease commonly missed inspite of running many tests..it can present with altered bowel habits in the form of diarrhea or constipation..it is associated with stress and anxiety so advice you to relax your mind..follow good meditation. consume more of fiber rich diet reduce oily spicy food..i would advice you to use digene to relieve your symptoms to some extent
