Stomach pains with gas and dizziness

Hi Doctors, I m 19, 6.4 ft, 58.5kg s. For the past 2 to 3 weeks i have been getting this pain in my stomach/ abdomen and I ve been continuously burping and i feel like i m never hungry and when i do attempt to eat i feel sick and like there is a ball of food in my throat . I have had a history of doctors telling me to stay away from spicy food and i have done so for the past 2 years, therefore this has never happened before in the past 2 years. I also feel dizzy and it seems like water is the only think i crave. The pains in my stomach come and go, but are very discomforting. Also I am a smoker if that helps (but i have recently not felt like smoking at all for the past2 weeks) Please let me know if i should go to the doctors or not and what it could be indicating. Thank you!

Dear

It is important to know which region of your abdomen is painful as we divide abdomen into 9 compartments and each has a different pathology. From your description i guess it is cetnral part just below where ribs divide. It could be gastritis with hyperacidity and i guess the cause for this is anxiety and irregular meals. Be regular with you meals and shun anxiety. If you can avail of herbs I can suggest herbal cure for it.

you can start with mint pomegranate seeds onion ginger coriander leaves pinch of black pepper tomato salt and sugar beat in mixy and make a paste. Have this with meals, it will act as carminative and appetiser and reduce gas and pain.

Hi,
it seems that you have got acid peptic disease causing all problems
You have not mentioned about your bowel,it is constipation or passing mucous or sticky stool.
Go for stool test,
ultra sound of abdomen to rule out gastritis or erosion.
Take milk,butter milk,curd and rice.
Take antacid tablet.
ok and bye.

Severe dizziness, gas, bloating, forgetfullness, stomach cramping, diarhea, constipation, increase in urination and in bowel movements, hotflashes, fatigue, light joint pain, fullness in breasts, stiff neck, slight increase in vaginal fluids. Dont have periods but once a year. All this has happened slowly over the past week and a half. What is wrong with me?

52 - female, I started with a gurgling stomach a few months ago, and then burping, and finally woke one night to extreme acid reflux . I read about low stomach acid and tried HCL and it has been helping me digest my food. I have constipation , a slight pain under my rib cage, tested and had ultrasound for everything, and results were all good. So my naturopath believes pylori might be the culprit. I am very healthy otherwise, thin, and eat organic foods, in the summer I grow my veggies, I know longer drink coffee, tea, alcohol , or sugar. Does this sound like pylori causing my low stomach acid.? Help, thanks.!

Good evening, I had a recent bout of what my GP described as gastro virus. Symptoms were bloating , severe cramping with constant burping and flatulence . No vomiting or diarrhoea. I had feverish feelings but no high temp. This lasted for 4 days and is thankfully almost gone. The day I went to my GP (4th day) I was developing a rash on my face and forehead . I thought it might be the stress of the previous days and nights. My GP didnt have an opinion. This has gotten somewhat worse. It is not itchy but has a burning sensation and very noticeboard. I was wondering if this might be an after effect of my stomach ailment or something else. I have been applying a mild moisturiser with no effect as yet. Thank you for any advice.

Hello, After one night of vomitting 7 times, I began belching after everything I swallow. They are not huge belches, they only release air. It can be water, a taste of something like an almond , a snack, or a meal. I also belch when I get up in the morning and sometimes when I bend over, but rarely inbetween meals. There is no pain. This has continued for 5 months and it has not changed or skipped a swallowing event even once. I have had blood tests, a colonscopy, endoscopy , abdomen ultrasound, and successful treatment for SIBO. Everything is normal. My first gastroenterologist gave up and now my second one wants me to stick a pencil in my mouth (which also did not help) and prescribe a small dose of Nortriptyline , of which I am leary due to the side effects. Do you think something mechanical happened to the esophagus , diaphram, or stomach muscles when I had the original vomitting incident? It seems like my doctors think it is in my head. The latter one thinks I burp on purpose. I have never had anything like this before the vomitting incident. I also have a naturopath treating me for SIBO and leaky gut syndrome, but she has not done any tests for it. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had stomach pains which felt like gas a week ago. I also had a lot of burping. I ate a lot of raw vegetables that night, along with a lobster roll.I also normally do not eat a lot of wheat gluten . I have had normal bowel movements all week. I have a small bruise in the area where the pains were. It still feels like stitch in that area. My stomach was hard and distended. I also have some pressure when I urinate. It does feel better than before but it is not completely gone. What could it be?
