Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are usually caused by gastrointestinal infection. Such infection can appear due to viruses or bacteria.
Your daughter has been prescribed with an antibiotic. You need to know that antibiotic is effective against bacteria, however wont harm viruses.
Kids are much less durable for dehydration than adults. If she is vomiting and have diarrhea you may not be able to give her sufficient amount of fluids.
That is why I suggest you to visit pediatrist, have physical examination and stool tests done. She may be admitted to the hospital.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
