The pain while lying on the stomach may be caused due to an innappropriately healed incision site. You need to get an ultrasound to rule out disorders which can cause these symptoms. Get your vagina swab tested for infections like pelvic inflammatory disease. Regarding the breasts, how far along from your delivery are you. When did you stop breastfeeding. You may need to get checked for hypothyroidism and prolactin level as these can cause milky secretion. You could be having a urinary tract infection for which you need to get your urine tested and be on appropriate antibiotics. Get tested by a Gynaecologist and follow his/her advise.
