Stomach Bug, Constipation, Green Diarrhea, No Fever. Virus?

Last Tuesday I had a stomach bug. Then I was constipated until Sunday. Mid-day Sunday, it was all of a sudden diarrhea . It has been green and watery. Happening every hour or so. I ve had it for 5 days now. It s not as watery as it was but it s still lose. Also it s changing more to brown now. I haven t had a fever and I ve felt pretty good. Is this just still a virus in my system or should I see a doctor?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

You should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with an antibiotic and antiamoebic.
Adding a probiotic will have an added beneficial effect.

Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of your hydration.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
