Stomach Bloating, Severe Pain, Pain Reduced On Urinating. Bladder Condition?

My son has been having this problem for a few days now. His stomach gets really hard and with pain. At first i thought he needed to go poo. But today it was worse, he couldnt get out of bed because it hurt him but as soon as he went pee his stomach stopped hurting. All this time i though it was his intestines. But now im not sure.

Since the pain is getting resolved by urinating it is urinary tract problem. He is having pain and bloating due to full bladder.
This. Can occur if there is any obstruction to flow in urinary tract.this could be due to many reasons.

Get an abdominal ultrasound and urine. Examination. Done
