Hello Katelyn, Thanks for posting on HCM, From your description you are suffering from indigestion or dyspepsia which might be as a result of one of the several digestive problems. You might be having an IBS, enteritis, intestinal parasitosis, peptic ulcer diseases/gastritis etc. Each of them will need to be investigated thoroughly by your doctor and ruled out before a definitive cause can be found. Laboratory tests such as stool exams, blood tests, colonoscopy etc might be requested. Since you are female ( i know you did not mention anything about it) and if you are sexually active, i suggest you get a pregnancy test done. You will need antispasmodic medication and probably a course of antibiotics if infection is the cause. Hope this helps
