Stabbing Sensation In Chest At Irregular Intervals, Numbness In Left Arm, Pain In Shoulder. Relief With Paracetamol

Symptoms This is after a ten pin bowling competitionbin ayre 5hour drive Stabbing sensatiin in chest woke me from sleep was fast in speed and quit agresive evenyualy I had to sit up pain was a little better after a while pain got lighter and is now after about 5-10mins light stabbing at iregular timeings I am expeteancing numbness and really bad pain in down all left arm the pain is currently a numbness of my left arm with pain in both shoulder blades and a little in neck and back with light numness and pain in right shoulder I cannot go onto a hospital or anything like that as my parents dobt think its big I need help im scarer tired and in pain I have taken paracetamol it has helped a luttle but im still thindibgcalot of pain please help

Hard to give a thorough answer without knowing your age. However, What you are describing is classic for a cardiac issue. If these sensations are real, it is imperastive you see a doctor immediately, if not go to an emergency room.
