Hello and welcome to HCM
The condition of your patient as you have described is very critical.
Thr blood glucose levels are very high and in the face of such an infection, insulin should be given to reduce the blood glucose levels. This is chance of going into coma if the glucose levels are not reduced.
There is sepsis, that is the infection has spread to other parts of the body other than urinary tract. Aggressive intravenous treatment has to be given.

A close monitoring of the patient is needed as the patient also has a stent. There is chance of infection spreading to the stent if it is not controlled well in time.

Since, the patient is hospitalized her vitals are under sheck.
Involvement of lungs must be interfering with respiration as you have mentioned.

Take care
