Spotting, Stomach Discomfort. Urine Sample Shows Blood. Had Complete Hysterectomy 12 Years Back. Suggestions?

Hi, I had started spotting a little over two weeks ago. I'm 60, had a complete hysterectomy 12 years ago. I went to my family physician & had a urine sample done. He said there was blood in my urine & gave me a prescription for antibiotics for 5 days. The prescription was finished a week ago & I'm still having a brown discharge & have a follow-up visit this Friday. No pain, but stomach discomfort. Getting a little worried after reading several online posts.

Hi,
Any bleeding from genital tract, now as it looks like after a course of antibiotic for UTI., should not be ignored and requires evaluation.
Consult Gynaec and get examined and investigated.
After proper diagnosis she will go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
