found a few spots of blood on 15th day of my menstrual cycle ,from the next day i felt very tired n a little nausea this has lasted for a week with sharpe n dull pains in my stomach . me and my partner have been trying for a baby nearly every other day from the end of my period,today i don t feel anything,could i be pregnant
