Spotting, Cramping, Sore Breasts And Lower Back Pain After Unprotected Sex. HPT Negative. What Else ?
I had unprotected sex, a week later had my period, a full week long one as normal. 4 days later I noticed brown discharge and a little blood. I have been having terrible cramping, sore breasts, lower back pain and severe discomfort in the pelvic area. I took a hpt and it came up negative but these symptoms are still occurring 5 days later. What could it be?

It is possible that you may have developed a pelvic infection. This tends to present with the symptoms you have described. You need to be tested and evaluated to determine this. A course of antibiotics can resolve the symptoms.
