Spotting After Period, Mild Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Discomfort. Perimenopause?

I have light spotting 5 days after period , with mild cramp and pulling pain & discomfort In the abdominal area. Today is the 10th day of light spotting. Never happen Like this before. I m 46 years old. Could this be perimenapause?

From the description, it does look like you may be nearing your menopause.
But considering your age, such an irregular spotting surely needs further assessment in the form of hormonal evaluation.
I would advise you to see a nearby gynecologist who can examine and get the required investigations done so as to be sure about the benign nature of such a spotting.
