Hi doctor I m mohit from Punjab my age is 26 year old I have recently check my sperm count I m shocking my active cell is 40% sluggish is 15%45% is non motily I m take coq forte once a day and semento cap twice a day professionally I m pharmacist so doctor plz tell me this medicine can help me or some other I m recently married

Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis I would like to state that your semen analysis and percentage of active motile sperms are well within normal range as per WHO standards.

Normally 10to 15 % of active motile progressive sperms are sufficient to impregnate the wife.

So do not worry at all and there is no need to take any medication to increase the percentage of progressive sperms as any attempt to increase this percentage by taking a drugs is a futile exercise.
