Spasms, Constant Muscle Spasms, Stepping Down Steroids. Is Physical Therapy Warranted?

I recently strained my bicep with a grade two strain. After two cortisone injections in my front shoulder area, I am seeing some slow improvement. My problem now is terrible spasms and almost constant cramping in the muscle. I am on a step down from a steroid so am not taking any other meds right now. Is physical therapy warranted in this case to get this muscle back working the way it should?

Dear Sir ,

It is important to take calcium supplements to reduce muscle spasms and vitamin D supplementation.
