Sore Red Bump On Labia Majora, Swelling, Itching, Bump Not Filled With Fluid. Cure?

I have a sore red bump on my labia majora . It is slightly smaller than a pea. It it very red and is raised, it also has a itchy/ burning feel to it. It almost feels like a bad pimple but I cannot see a white head and have tried to raise it myself and I don t believe that there is fluid inside. It showed up three days ago and feel like its getting worse.

Symptoms of red swelling with itching a boil or bartholin cyst.
Antibiotics and marsupialization is the treatment.
Contact your doctor if symptoms gets worse.
