Sore Breasts, Headaches, Tiredness, Dizziness, Early Periods. Pregnant?

hi i am seventeen years old i think i may be pregant only by like 2 weeks thoough my boobs are extremly sore and i have headaches . I am very tired and dizzy, i also my period came 2 and a half weeks early but lasted two days and normally lasts five and it was heavy. What wrong the underneath of my eyes are swollen and i am very pale and my eyes are glossy. I also have bad cramps .

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

According to your description there is possibility of pregnancy which ended in miscarriage.
So you better consult gynecologist and undergo ultrasound to rule out pregnancy and miscarriage.
If any evidence of retained products is seen better to go for D&C.
If ultrasound could not pickup any signs of pregnancy, then the possible cause is anemia may be due to menorrhgea.
If so in the same visit itself you can get investigated for the cause of these problem and treatment can be taken accordingly.
