Sonography Shows Missed Abortion. Next Step?
My lmp 27 th july. Consulted dr and took sonography on 14 th sep says 5 wk 1 day so dr advised to repeat after two wk. We did again 28th sep it is saying 6wk 4 days, cardiac activity absent , crl 6.7mm, cervical length 3.6cm,no evi dance of free fluid seen in pouch of douglas.single fetal pole is seen. Impression missed abortion...I took report and discussed she told to terminate...what shall I do next

After the diagnosis of a missed abortion, the pregnancy needs to be terminated. You can wait for a few days for the spontaneous bleeding to start and then proceed with either medical termination or with the help of D&C.
