Welcome to HCM. Free fluid in pod suggest pelvic inflammatory disease and it is because of you have ulcer at mouth of uterus. Take proper local care, avoid sex till get complete cure. oral oflox or levo with ornidazole,flucanazole-150 will be helpful. Combined kit (azithro/secnidazole/flucanazole) is also available for it. Vaginal pessaries will get fast effect. If oral treatment fails, become recurrent than go for surgical treatment. Consult your gynecologist for better guidance and medical management.
