Hi, Gastric sleeve surgery is a simple surgery with complex actions, the patient will have a feeling that he has limited space in the stomach, the stomach it self take time to be accomodated for normal diet. The vagus nerve is habbituated for normal diet so the stimulations will be of the whole stomach. These are not universal facts but can happen with some people.
I advise you to have 1/4 th of solid food and 3/4 th of soft food, in combination for few days. Practice diversion procedures like yoga, meditation, reading books of your interest , and hearing music, view T.V. while eating food.
thank you.
