Small Lump On Side Of Scrotum, Fluid Or Pus Discharge, Mild Pain. History Of Having Similar Cebaceouos Fluid Before. Advice

Hello, I am 44 years old, and I have a small lump on the side of my scrotum, that I believe is some type of cyst. I have had either some type of acne or cebaceous fluid on the base or to either side, years ago, but they went away with little or no treatment. Sometimes just squeezing the lump gets either fluid or pus, and with alcohol or merthiolate I dabbed the zone to not get an infection. But this time, it's been there for longer, about three weeks right now, and it's not getting smaller, but it's starting to hurt. Not very painful, but when I am wearing jeans or tight underwear, it's beginning to hurt. Any recommendations.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infected sebaceous cyst.
Once it becomes infected, there is cheesy material coming out and again after some time it is refill.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If cyst is found, get it removed with sac.
OK and take care
