Skin Rash In Sensitive Area. Having Fungus Infection, Taking Medication. Cream To Remove Skin Rash?

I have a fungus infection according to the doctor and I tried three medications since DEC., last year but it is still annoying me. I have an appointment with the skin specialist on 13th Aug., but in the mean time I have rash which is so inconvenient and I cannot do the scratch always as the rash is in a very sensitive area. Is there any cream to keep the rash away until my appointment with the specialist.??????
