Shoulder, Neck And Headache Problem
for the past two days my back shoulders and neck feel really hot and irritated and iv had a headache and the back of my eyes hurt

You should record your temptature by Thermometer.
If You have fever you should take Paracetamol tablet 500 mg 8 hourly.
In case you have vomiting or persistant fever for > 72 hours - Cosult nearby physician immediately ..
