Should I Take 'metotrexate' For Treating Seronegative Arthritis?

HI, I have a serronegative arthritis, dipsrospan is the only medicine that seems to help. Yet my doctor says that it is very dangerous and has severe side effects. He recommends metotrexate - is is safer? I take diprospan only once in two months, while metotrexate is a daily use. Please advice, Maria 41
