Should I Meet Doctor For BP Level Of 138/92, Headache And Dizziness?

I am under a great deal of stress on my job and very often (more often than not) my cheeks are glowing bright red and I get a headahe and a bit dizzy. I finally stopped today and got my pressure taken and it was 138/92. Should I seek medical attention?

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient your BP is not very high, its borderline, but I would still suggest you to go to your doctor so that he can examine you and prescribe medicine for BP if necessary. Also he can evaluate you for associated other complications and other causes of dizziness. even if the BP is borderline you should not ignore it. Regards
