Hi welcome to HCM.
Elevated blood pressure is prone to fluctuations if left untreated. This can contribute to symptoms of dizziness.I advise you to have a baseline EKG and 2 dimensional echocardiography to rule out cardiac organic pathology.Maintain your blood pressure around 130/80 mm of hg.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Examination of eye through fundus will help to evaluate the effect of blood pressure on eye.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
