Should I Go To ER As I Am Having Tightness In My Chest?

I have tightness in my back on the right side, tightness in my chest and pain under my right breast, Im having a hard time breathing. Taking breaths is hard, any movement is worse. I can't cough. It feels like Ihave stuff building up in my chest but I cannot cough to get it out as the cough cuts my breathing off. I've recently been treated for sinitus and bronchitis. Should I go to the ER or Urgent care?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since you recently had bronchitis, possibility of either right sided lung infection or acute exacerbation of bronchitis is more in your case.
So you should definitely visit ER (emergency room) and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of acute worsening of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So don't wait at home, consult ER and start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
