Should I Consult A Doctor As I Am Having Pain On My Butt And Legs Due To A Fall?

fell on kitchen floor, now when i sit down my butt i guess muscle or bone hurts and pain goes down to leg and will not stop until i get up and walk around, do i need to go to dr over this? or just let it heal on its on?pain can get pretty bad in my legs...

Rest as much as possible.
Elevate your leg.
Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days.
Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles.
Take over-the-counter pain medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
