Should I Be Worried As My Ekg Result Shows Small Interior Q Waves?

Hi I had an ekg ,ekg stress test ,ECHO and holster monitoring for(7 days) echo was normal holster monitoring was also normal stress ekg was normal but on ekg it had small interior q waves,not pathological is that something I should worry about ? or this type of q waves can be found on healthy individuals ? many thanks
