Should I Be Worried About The Blood In Urine?

Just all of a sudden I had some blood in my urine. I quickly started drinking several bottles of water, and now the blood is gone. I am an avid runner so I guess maybe I was slightly dehydrated. My question is should I go to the ER? I have no pain anywhere it was just random that the blood started.
