Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Chest Pain?

I have chest pain on my rt side that moves into my back with exertion and/or deep breaths. I have a headache and blood pressure is normal pulse rate is lower than normal for me - 68. It has been ongoing since 10 am. Should I be concerned? No cough or fever

Hi,
It seems that you might be having myalgia giving this problem.
Take ibuprofen one tablet stat, if there is no improvement within an hour go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.\Ok and take care.
