Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
WHen did you stop taking the Ovuloc ?
Generally after stopping Ovuloc, you would bleed within a week at the most.
If your wife is 42 and has diminished ovarian reserve ( less number and quality of eggs ) then she might not bleed in response to Ovuloc,
Higher dosage and extended dosage would then be needed.
Firstly , your wife needs to have an ultrasound scan done , and then the status of the lining of the uterus ( endometrium ) should be assessed.
If the lining has not grown, it will not shed and she will not bleed.
How long she needs to take the tablet depends

How long she needs to take the tablet depends on when the fertility treatment is planned.
ALso what kind of fertility treatment is planned ?
Does she have regular cycles without hormonal support.
The answer to your question is complex, and requires detailed information from your end.
