Hello,

Morning appointment is preferable for tooth extraction.
Due to over night fasting the blood sugars levels may be well under control.
Secondly cortisone an anti stress and haemostasis hormone is more in the blood in the morning hours of the day.
Thirdly you have the rest of the day to monitor immediate complications.
So i would advice my patient to undergo tooth extraction in the morning.
